One of many Prime Mover, this appliance was provided by the Scottish Government to the Grampian Fire and Rescue Service as part of a nationwide scheme to provide national resilience in large scale disasters such as: flooding, building collapses (Urban Search and Rescue), decontamination, heavy rescue, etc.

Manufactured by Multilift on a Scania P340 chassis the appliance works on a modular system, utilising a hooklift the appliance can attatch an array of modules such as urban search and rescue (USAR) and mass decontamination units (MDU). This prime mover has two mass decontamination units on station to respond to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRN) and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) incidents.
