DESCRIPTION
SF69 BHW is a Scottish Fire and Rescue Service rescue pump, built by Emergency One on a Scania P280 chassis. Designed for versatility, the appliance is equipped to handle a wide range of incidents, including fires, road traffic collisions, and rescues.
This vehicle serves as the first-out pump at Altens Fire Station, operated on a wholetime duty basis.
In addition to its primary role, the pump acts as a support vehicle for many of the specialist appliances stationed at Altens. It is mobilised alongside the Command Support Unit, functioning as a command support pump to provide essential resources and assistance during complex or large-scale incidents.
